1General Rules

Bat taka is an online betting and gaming platform operating under an international licence. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between bat taka and its members. By using the platform, you acknowledge that:

• You are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity.
• Online betting is legal and not prohibited in your area of residence.
• You are playing for your own enjoyment and entertainment, not as a means of professional income.
• All information provided is truthful, accurate, and your own.

2Account Registration

Accurate and complete information is required when registering on Bat Taka. The registration terms are as follows:

• Each individual may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The name, address, and mobile number provided at registration must be genuine and verifiable.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal. This may require a copy of your National ID card or passport.
• Creating an account in someone else's name or identity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
• It is entirely the member's responsibility to keep their account password confidential.

Bat Taka reserves the right to verify registration immediately after account creation. If verification cannot be completed, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3Deposit & Withdrawal

For members' convenience, Bat Taka supports multiple Bangladeshi payment methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Payment terms and conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Deposits are usually instant; in the event of a technical issue, a delay of up to 1 hour may occur.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if your account has not been verified.
• Bat taka reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction suspected of money laundering.

4Bonuses & Promotions

Bat Taka regularly offers exciting bonuses and promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions. General bonus rules:

• The welcome bonus is exclusively for new members and is automatically credited with your first deposit.
• Each bonus carries wagering requirements — typically 5–10 times the bonus amount must be wagered.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Each bonus offer may only be used once per member.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of the validity period.
• If bonus abuse is identified, the bonus will be forfeited and the account will be terminated.

5Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting activity on bat taka:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bat taka reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical system error.
• Betting through match-fixing or the use of insider information is strictly prohibited.
• In the event of a disconnection during live betting, the last confirmed bet will be considered valid.
• Placing identical bets on the same event from multiple accounts will be considered arbitrage betting and is strictly prohibited.
• Bat taka reserves the right to investigate any suspicious bets and void them if necessary.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bat Taka and will result in immediate account termination:

• Creating or using multiple accounts.
• Operating an account using a false identity or fraudulent information.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses or exploit the system.
• Using software bots or automated tools to place bets.
• Attempting to breach or hack the platform's security systems.
• Money laundering or conducting any illegal financial activity.
• Threatening or harassing other members.

7Privacy Policy

Bat Taka places the highest priority on protecting your personal information. Here is how we collect and use your data:

• Personal information provided at registration is used solely for account verification and service delivery.
• Your information is never sold or shared with any third party.
• Information may be shared with government authorities when required by law.
• All data is protected with SSL encryption.

8Limitation of Liability

Bat Taka accepts no liability for the following:

• Loss of bets or game interruptions due to internet connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to a member's account resulting from their own negligence.
• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Service disruptions caused by unforeseen technical issues.

That said, our support team is always on hand to help you with any issues.

9Account Closure & Suspension

Bat Taka reserves the right to close or suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• If false information is found during KYC verification.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

Members may also request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed.

10Changes to Terms & Conditions

Bat taka reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. The policy regarding changes is as follows:

• Members will be notified by email or on-site notification at least 7 days before any significant changes take effect.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
• If a member does not agree to the updated terms, they may close their account.
